What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, business name, email address, phone number and message when you use the contact form, email or phone us.
- Clients: the details needed to design, build, host and support your website, and to invoice you.
- Website visits: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay and the type of device you use. We use this in summary form to see which pages are useful.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote (to take steps at your request before a contract).
- To provide the services you’ve bought, including hosting, SEO and Google Ads management (to perform our contract with you).
- To invoice you and keep business records (legal obligation).
- To understand how the website is used and improve it (legitimate interests, or consent where cookies require it).
We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with providers who help us run the business, such as our website hosting provider (IONOS), our email provider (Microsoft 365) and our accountant. Google provides the spam protection on our contact form (reCAPTCHA) and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics. If you use our Google Ads service, account data is processed by Google.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client and invoicing records are kept for 6 years, as required for tax purposes.
